My $350 Sensory Travel Planning Fee covers all behind-the-scenes professional labor required to build a seamless trip tailored specifically to your family.

• Direct Resort & Room Advocacy: Personal communication with hotel front office managers to secure low-noise room placements (away from elevators, ice machines, and high-traffic areas) and verify in-room amenities like blackout drapes and pre-cooled mini-fridges.
• Transit Accessibility Logistics: Registration assistance for airport support programs (including TSA Cares) and guidance on theme park accessibility passes.
• Sensory Travel Toolkit: A personalized travel toolkit complete with custom visual "First-Then" schedule cards, sensory regulation packing checklists, and hotel room setup guides.
